CONNECTIONS Speech, Language & Reading Specialists has served children in the Baton Rouge area for more than twenty-five years. Our licensed and experienced therapists offer on-site services at schools and day-cares, as well as office visits at our location on Jamestown Avenue. We evaluate and treat students with communication disorders of all grades, preschool through high school. We specialize in reading disorders and our therapists have extra training and experience in working with students with dyslexia. Additionally, we educate parents and teachers on various speech-language disorders, and how to help their children or students succeed. Recently, we added Occupational Therapy services and are proud to offer a sensory gym at our office location where our skilled Occupational Therapists work with children of all ages and abilities.
